By using excelenteawards.com or purchasing tickets to the Excelente Awards gala, you agree to these terms. The site and the event are operated by La Noticia, Inc.

Tickets

Ticket prices and availability are shown at checkout. Your purchase is confirmed when payment is completed, and your tickets are delivered by email with a QR code for entry.

Each QR code admits one person once. Keep your tickets private — anyone presenting your code first will be admitted.

Refunds

If the event is canceled, tickets are refunded in full. For other refund requests, contact us and we'll do our best to help — refunds outside of cancellation are at the organizer's discretion.

Event conduct

Attendance is subject to our code of conduct. Guests who violate it may be removed from the event without refund.

Photography and media

The gala is photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to appearing in event photos and videos that may be used in our publications and promotional materials.

Liability

The site and event are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, La Noticia, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or attendance at the event.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.
